    3. Project Sources and Uses
    4. Timeline for closing and commencement of closing
    5. Letters of funding commitments
    6. Letter from Monitoring Agent confirming proposed purchase price
    7. Resumes of key development team members
    8. Provide proof of organization’s creditworthiness
    9. Evidence of site control including Property Deed and legal description of the property
    10. Zoning Certificate or Evidence of Zoning showing permitted use
    11. Design Plans and Specifications
    12. Signed Schedule of Values prepared by qualified professional
    13. Evidence of demand or need for the project through market analysis or study, local
    14. demographics, waiting list, etc.
