When starting a new application for RIH-ELI funds, you will see three initial areas to fill out: Project Name, Property Type, and Construction Type. Please fill in your property name/project name, choose “Multifamily” from the Property Type drop-down, and then choose either New Build or Remodel from the Construction Type drop-down—either choice will bring you to the application and will not affect your application. Once filled out, click “Submit,” and you will be brought to a new page where you can choose the RIH-ELI application.
